Quality Objectives
American Fan employees throughout the organization receive training in quality improvement, quality problem solving, and are empowered to become involved in continuous improvement processes.
Measurable American Fan objectives are established annually, which include Subcontractor quality requirements. This performance is continuously monitored and reviewed at the management review meetings.
Quality Statement of Approval and Authority
By ensuring the availability of resources required, the Management Team of American Fan fully endorses the Quality Policy and Objectives. This American Fan Quality Management System has been designed to meet our stated Quality Objectives, along with, Statutory, Regulatory, Customer requirements, and the requirements of the ISO 9001 Standard.
