Radial blade fans and blowers are most commonly used for material conveying applications. The "open" design wheels allow for a self-cleaning feature. Materials conveyed include plastic pellets, wood chips, and saw dust as examples. More severe applications require abrasion resistant materials of construction. American Fan Company offers a choice of fans and blowers for material handling.
