Quality Objectives

American Fan Company employees throughout the organization receive training in quality improvement, quality problem solving, and are empowered to become involved in continuous improvement processes. Measurable Quality Objectives are established annually, which include subcontractor quality requirements. This performance is continuously monitored and reviewed at the AFC Management Team review meetings.

Quality Statement of Approval and Authority

By ensuring the availability of resources required, the AFC Management Team fully endorses the Quality Policy and Objectives. This AFC Quality Management System has been designed to meet our stated Quality Objectives and the requirements of the ISO 9001 Standard, along with statutory, regulatory, customer requirements.
